Alex P. Guidi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Alex Guidi, a Canadian-based entrepreneur, founded IREMCO more than 15 years ago.

Speaking about his role, Mr. Guidi says, "Through our focus on innovation, inspiration and operational excellence, IREMCO is a leader in creating exciting investment opportunities. And while our mission and strategy undeniably drive positive results, my primary focus is investing in companies that have a long-term vision and potential, rather than short-term performance."

Mr. Guidi has enjoyed a highly successful entrepreneurial career over the past 30 years and is the founder of several growth companies operating in oil and gas, real estate, and technology. In the Okanagan region of British Columbia, he is responsible for creating several new multi family developments. He also played a significant role in the development of a high-technology platform that led to the founding of the NGX Exchange, an energy trading entity ultimately acquired by the TSX Group. And he was a major shareholder of North America's largest online grain and fertilizer exchange.

In oil and gas, Mr. Guidi founded Austral Pacific Energy Ltd., TAG Oil Ltd., AMG Oil Ltd. and Trans-Orient Petroleum Ltd. For 14 years and counting, these companies have continued to make a significant contribution to exploration, development and production activity in New Zealand and in Papua New Guinea's Foreland region. Domestically, Mr. Guidi also participated in the development of the Karr gas field in West-Central Alberta, and in 1989 he was instrumental in transforming a small Alberta-based company into an oil and gas producer with a significant undeveloped land position that later merged with Bonavista Petroleum.

Most recently, Mr. Guidi has become involved in the development of China's largest commercial information-gathering and data service, and in customer experience management software used by several Fortune 500 companies.

Garth Johnson, Executive Vice President

Mr. Johnson began his career in corporate development with emerging oil and gas and technology companies in 1997. During this time he has developed extensive ground-up experience in all aspects of corporate development, and has developed strong executive management skill imperative to the development of emerging corporations. Mr. Johnson has also been instrumental in the development of Austral Pacific Energy Ltd., TAG Oil Ltd. AMG Oil Ltd. and Trans-Orient Petroleum Ltd., all emerging international oil companies with extensive development and exploration operations in New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. He is a Certified General Account and is a member of Financial Executives International. Mr. Johnson is also a director of China List Data Services Ltd. and a director of AMG Oil Ltd.

Peter Loretto, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Loretto has over 20 years of investment banking and public company experience both in the U.S. and Canada. He has been involved with funding and developing numerous companies in the resource and technology sector since 1988, including a number of successful oil and gas exploration and development stage companies. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of IREMCO and the President of PCL Holdings Ltd., private investment companies based in Vancouver B.C., a director of TAG Oil Ltd. and President of Trans-Orient Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Loretto holds an MBA in finance from Gonzaga University.

David J. Bennett, Technical Advisor

Dr. Bennett has extensive technical and operational oil and gas experience, and has enjoyed a highly successful 30-year career creating value for Australasian oil and gas companies worldwide. Between 1996 and 2005, he co-founded and held the CEO role at Austral Pacific Energy Ltd., a prominent Australasian producer and explorer, and he was recently appointed Executive Chairman of Trans-Orient Petroleum Ltd. He is also instrumental in the discovery and the potential commercialization of a major gas field in Papua New Guinea via a new pipeline to Alcan's alumina refinery in Gove, Australia. In addition, Dr. Bennett has been responsible for operations for several other IREMCO companies including activities in North America, New Zealand, China, Peru, Papua New Guinea and the Timor Sea. Dr. Bennett received a Bachelor of Arts (Natural Sciences) from Cambridge University in 1968 and a Master of Science in Exploration Geophysics from the University of Leeds in 1969. In 1973, Dr. Bennett received his doctorate in Geophysics from the Australian National University and conducted post-doctoral research at the University of Texas (Dallas).

Dan R. Brown, Executive Administrator

Mr. Brown is responsible for managing a number of IREMCO's internal processes. Mr. Brown has invaluable experience across a broad range of administrative duties, and carries an increasing role in IREMCO's operations and management.
